Your first visit at Hlavaty Dental Arts is $159 and includes a comprehensive exam, professional cleaning, digital x-rays, and a custom treatment plan you understand.
New patients only. Not valid with insurance. Not valid in cases of periodontal disease.
We are a fee-for-service practice. The HDA Membership Plan gives you a full year of preventive care without the insurance maze.
No yearly maximums. No deductibles. No claim forms. No denials. No pre-existing condition limitations.
The office
Our Garden Street office was designed to feel less like a clinic and more like a retreat. Ceiling-mounted TVs over every chair. Noise-canceling headphones. Warm blankets. Private parking out back with a discrete exit so you can come and go on your terms. For patients with dental anxiety, sedation options are available. You will not be rushed. You will not be lectured.
